END USER TERMS OF USE

These End User Terms of Use ("End User Terms") govern your participation in the HomeSurvey.ai / SurveyIQ™ survey workflow operated by HelixIQ, Inc. ("HelixIQ," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, submitting photos or videos, or otherwise participating in a survey, you agree to these End User Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. PURPOSE OF THE SERVICES

The Services allow you to capture and submit photos and/or videos of a property and its contents at the request of a moving company, insurer, or other business ("Subscriber"). The Services may be accessed directly or through an integrated platform such as Movegistics or another system.

The Services use automated systems and artificial intelligence to generate draft outputs for Subscriber review.

2. AI OUTPUTS ARE DRAFTS ONLY; NO GUARANTEES

You understand and agree that:

  • The Services use AI and automated systems.
  • Any inventory or other output is a draft and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
  • The Services do not provide professional advice (including legal, insurance, valuation, or financial advice).
  • Subscriber (not HelixIQ) is responsible for reviewing and finalizing outputs.

3. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  • Submit only content that you are authorized to capture and share.
  • Obtain consent from individuals who appear in your content.
  • Follow Subscriber instructions regarding what to capture.
  • Avoid uploading sensitive personal data (government IDs, financial account numbers, payment card data, medical information).

4. CONSENT AND AUTHORIZATION

By submitting content, you represent that:

  • You have permission to record at the location shown.
  • You have permission to capture the items shown.
  • Individuals appearing in your content have consented to being recorded.

HelixIQ does not verify identity, ownership, consent, or recording legality.

5. CONTENT LICENSE

You grant HelixIQ a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and transform your submitted content solely to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services and to provide outputs to Subscriber.

6. PRIVACY

Your use of the Services is governed by the HomeSurvey.ai Privacy Policy.

If you access the Services through a third-party platform (such as Movegistics), your information may also be subject to that platform's terms and privacy policy.

7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND LATENCY

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Processing delays, interruptions, or performance variability may occur due to network, device, system, or AI model conditions.

8. PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with operation, submit unlawful content, or attempt to reverse engineer or extract system logic.

9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelixIQ disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These End User Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
