HelixIQ, Inc. ("HelixIQ," "we," "us," or "our") operates HomeSurvey.ai and SurveyIQ™ (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information, including Personal Data, in connection with the Services.

This Privacy Policy applies to:

Subscribers (business customers) and their authorized users, and
End Users (e.g., homeowners/residents) who submit photos/videos through the Services, including when accessed via integrated platforms such as Movegistics or other CRMs.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1.1 Information You Provide

Contact information (name, email, phone, company)
Account and authentication information (if applicable)
Customer Content (photos, videos, images) and related notes/metadata submitted to the Services
Communications with us (support requests, emails)

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system
Usage logs and event data (including timestamps, feature usage, error logs)
Approximate location derived from IP (where permitted by law)

1.3 Information From Integration Partners

If Subscriber enables integrations (APIs/webhooks/endpoints) with Integration Partners such as Movegistics or other CRMs, we may receive Integration Data from those systems as configured by Subscriber.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the Services
Process Customer Content to generate AI-assisted draft outputs
Support integrations, APIs, webhooks, and endpoints
Monitor performance, prevent abuse, and secure the Services
Improve and develop features (including quality assurance)
Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements

3. AI PROCESSING

Customer Content may be processed using automated AI/ML systems to generate draft outputs. Outputs may be reviewed and edited by Subscriber. AI systems may exhibit variability and are not guaranteed to be accurate.

4. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We may share information with:

Subscribers and their authorized users (so they can review outputs)
Service providers/subprocessors (hosting, storage, analytics, support tooling)
Integration Partners at Subscriber direction (via APIs/webhooks/endpoints)
Law enforcement or regulators when required by law

We do not sell Personal Data.

5. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

We may process and store information in the United States and other jurisdictions. Where required (e.g., EU/UK), we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent lawful mechanisms.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary based on Subscriber configuration, contract terms, and legal requirements.

7. SECURITY

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. YOUR RIGHTS (GLOBAL)

Depending on your jurisdiction (including EU/UK, Australia, and other regions), you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your Personal Data.
